Annual General Meeting

The 2022 AGM took place at 10am on Monday 11 July 2022 at Royal Lancaster London, Lancaster Terrace, London W2 2TY. The meeting was accessible online for shareholders to attend virtually and was also broadcast live.

2021

Annual General Meeting

The 2021 AGM took place at 11:30am on 26 July 2021, at Royal Lancaster London, Lancaster Terrace, London W2 2TY and was broadcast live for shareholders to watch electronically.
 

General Meeting

The General Meeting took place at 12pm on 22 April 2021 at the Company’s Office, 1-3 Strand, London, WC2N 5EH.

A shareholder webcast, pre-recorded ahead of the General Meeting, with an update from the Chairman Sir Peter Gershon and CEO John Pettigrew, along with answers to shareholder questions submitted prior to the deadline of 12pm 20 April 2021 was broadcast for shareholders to watch.
